Climate Fresk™ Workshop
Climate Fresk™ Workshops, created by Cédric Ringenbach, are a fun and accessible way to raise awareness among your colleagues/collaborators about the causes and consequences of climate change.
In 3 hours, this collaborative workshop based on collective intelligence and team building allows you to understand the complexe essential issues of climate change, tap into empathy and compassion, and inspire actions.
Far from being a lecture about climate change, or a guilt trip, this workshop helps step away from eco anxiety and trigger actions and creativity.
As part of her work, Leslie trained to become a facilitator.
Her public speaking and previous work will enrich the experience.
Strong believer that Humans are capable of moving mountains when they reconnect to their humanity and their heart, Leslie will guide you and your team through a meaningful and empowering journey.
You will leave the session not only with concrete actions in your hands, but with hope, and motivation!
The Workshop
For an inexperienced or trained audience, based on IPCC reports, the Climate Fresk is the reference collaborative workshop to collectively understand the implications of climate change and trigger action.

The workshops are opened to everyone but the game has been initially spread out in higher education and companies. Suez is the first company to announce a partnership with the Climate Fresk in June 2020 offering a workshop to every of its 90,000 employees worldwide. This announcement is shortly followed by the one of EDF (French Gaz & Electricity Company) which engages in a partnership with the organization to perform the workshop for its 165,000 employees.

IT'S ACCESSIBLE
By using / activating the group’s COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE, Climate Fresk enables participants to take ownership of the subject matter in a playful way.
Our methodology doesn’t use a hierarchical learning structure, ALLOWING EVERYONE TO TAKE PART and find their place in the exercise.
As participants link the cause and effects of climate change, they are able to take a step back and UNDERSTAND the systemic nature of the challenges for the first time.
IT'S EFFECTIVE
Through a shared understanding of the mechanisms at work, Climate Fresk enables both INDIVIDUALS and ORGANISATIONS to have an open and POSITIVE conversation about climate solutions.
Participants leave the workshop having formed a STRONG BOND with each other, and WELL EQUIPPED to implement the climate actions that they’ve identified.
IT'S SCIENTIFIC
The facts in Climate Fresk come from the most respected scientific sources: the IPCC REPORTS. These are the same reports that inform political and economic decision-making at the HIGHEST LEVEL around the world.
Climate Fresk is neutral and objective and only deals with established scientific facts. This is a secular and NON POLITICAL workshop.
